Bad return policy

I brought a weight lost belt on the Saturday at Game Mossel bay and return in on Sunday as it was too small without any problems. The one I then got was again to big and I could not return it a week later because it was to late. The floor manager was very arrogant in his approach and inform me that he cannot exchange the item. I told him but that it was too big and he just pull up his shoulders and said that not his problem.
