Bad response and bad customer service. This will be escalated to the top

After writing a review about game and having an extremely bad experience they have rep**** to me saying that they see I declined to have my item fixed there and the supplier will send it back for me. That was not the only thing I spoke about on my review. There was a whole lot more and this is the only response I get? Best believe I'm taking this further and higher, this just proves how pathetic they really are.
