BAD REPAIR SUPPORT

I handed a faulty TV to Game Stores, Stellenbosch where it was purchased 14 March 2015. The TV set probably has a minor fault, i.e. there is no power on the set. I was informed that LG has a \policy"that repairs should not be expected before 21 working days (a calendar month)!? This is a relatively new item. I requested Game this morning to enquire from LG as to when the TV set could be expected back. They undertook to call the repair center and when I called Game again I was informed that LG have their \""rules\"" and cannot deviate from it.
I bought a LG product in good faith in reliance on quality and 'world class service'. The way that I am treated now raise doubts as to the quality of game & LG's service. Why can the repair center not inform me (through Game as I understand that clients are not allowed to contact the repair center directly?) what the expected date of repair would be? Better service & client feedback would cost you nothing.
I need it for amongst others to be able to also watch the Rugby World Cup series and if LG follow the rules the World Cup would be history!!!
"""
