Bad Repair Service Game Lephalale

I bought a Lawnmover in Jan 2021 broke down May 2021 i return to Lephalale Store for repair on the 27 Jun today is 3 Sep 2021 with no return of my unit... No call to collect..... No update on repair but it's on the way back to the store.... Spoke to Store Manager..... Email Game Head Office..... Visit the store....... All with NO LUCK now why do U have a lawnmover to cut your lawn or to stand somwere in S.A in a store.....
