Bad Quality Products
<p>I bought 12 plastic chairs at Game Store Festival mall on the 24th November at the pre-Black Friday Sale. I used the chairs for the first time on the 16th December because i had a family gathering. As the guests sat on the chair the legs of the chairs bent and the chair became wabbly. 5 people fell and the chairs broke legs. I'm now left with 7 wabbly chairs which I cant use because of fear they will injure someone. I feel I wasted my R600 with those chairs.</p>
I was contacted by Game Festival Mall to come to the shop to exchange the chairs of which I went and when I got there they offered me a voucher. I told them I don’t want a voucher a want chars that’s the reason I bought them in the first place. They still offered me the same poor quality chairs and told me they can’t offer me anything else except a voucher or the same poor quality chairs and when I argued that the admin manager Thomas told me that he doesn’t understand why I’m complaining about the chairs because he has bought them and other customers have bought them and they never complained. So I told them I don’t want the voucher neither the poor quality chairs. So I left the chairs and the voucher at the shop so Game can keep my money for all I care and continue to sell their poor quality chairs.

The clarity that you are giving now it’s TOO LATE because you couldn’t give that clarity when I spent over an hour in your shop yesterday. I don’t stay in Kempton Park. I drove to Kempton park yesterday and now I must still incur more petrol costs by driving to Kempton park again today becuse I have too much idle time in my hands since I sit the whole day and twiddle my thumbs waiting for Game to tell me when to jump?
Who's going to carry my petrol costs of running up and down your shop because you couldnt clarify your processes yesterday.
I'm also missing out on the special black friday price that I bought with because Game didn't clarify on their black friday pamphlet that they are making specials because their products are poor quality they are trying to get rid of them? Or maybe you will c larify that later on your paphlets as it looks like later clarity is your style?
