Bad quality packing of product delivered

7 days later after such a bad service from Game sales person and the management, with no accountability and no professionals, I received my washing machined delivery in such a bad condition, not in a box, plastic **********, soaking wet from the rain, from all sides, and absolutely shocking filthy packaging, I'm extremely disappointed at Game and if I could I would return everything, the experience was insanely bad, all in the name of FREE delivery which is sapose so help but a complete nightmare it is 😣
