Bad quality laptop from Game Carnival Mall

I bought a acer laptop at Game Carnival Mall around June 2020 and then within 10 days it started flickering. Then I took it back and they told me they can't take it back because of the Lockdown there were no suppliers. Now they took it for repairs instead of exchanging it for another one. I cannot wait for the repair as I am currently studying and using it for study purposes. I just want my money back from Game as I feel this is a *******. How can a brand new laptop I bought be malfunctioning within 10 days of purchase? Game Carnival Mall sells poor quality laptops which are way under value for money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until I get my refund back I will never feel their service and products are worth the money. Beware people!
