Bad Quality

I have sent an email to customer service on 2 June 2022, but no response, about the washing machine I bought, a Defy washing machine bought at Game Pavillion on 24 February 2022. I can only do one load, then the machine doesn't work. It doesn't take the second load. I've been experiencing this issue since, I bought the machine, thinking maybe it will work as time goes, but no, still experiencing the same issue. I'm very disappointed as I've paid a lot of money for this machine, and I had to accept a Demo because they didn't have stock. I paid alot of money too to transport the machine to Outer West in Pinetown. I would like to request for the machine to be collected and be given my money back. I'd rather buy another Brand that will work for me. THE MACHINE IS BRAND KNEW, IT SHOULDN'T BE GIVING ME SUCH ISSUES. Please attend to this issue ASAP.
