BAD QUALITY AND WARRANTY

<p>So I decided to take my bursary's laptop allowance to buy an HP Notebook thinking it would sustain me for the remainder of my studies. To my surprise this thing took 30 exactly before a key came out. I took it back to Game JHB and they told me that the computer was out of warranty. So now I am expected to add R1700 on top of that. Or R290 if I do not want them to fix it anyways. How long is the Game warrant for items? For your information I only typed 2 10 page reports with that thing of yours and it was broken.</p> <p> </p> <p>disapointed customer</p>
