Bad poor service

So I have had two bad encounters with game in a space of 2 months first it was game Kuilsriver after giving me a run around from october the 2nd about a footage since I forgot my phone in their store they said cameras have a technical issue they will contact me once it has been resolved an after they went silent until I wrote a review then again they came up with a story that they can only go back as far as the 4 th of november not October woow stll not resolved till to date I am wondering if they are not covering up for their own staff member what is difficult in showing a customer a footage. On the 10 of november bought 2 fridges and washing machine they said they can deliver to my area which is cool , i can fetch the staff in their warehouse I asked if the stuff can be delivered in somerset mall store thn fetch it from there they said its that can be arranged , thn they said they would contact me after seven days, seven days passes I contact them they said after ten days , ten days passes , i contact them again after leaving countless msgs and no one contacts me back till I spoke with the manager called Gail she promised to call later that day on the next day till today I have not received a call from them their service is bad my sales consultant was logan isaacs
