Bad payment record for 0.38 sent paid short

I have an account with Game for many years. But this is ridiculous. I made payment on the 1st of Sept. On the 6th of Sep I received an sms stating I have not made payment on my account. Called them and the consultant informed me that I received the sms due to the fact that I shortpaid 38c. I mean really. Now I will have a note on my credit record for non-payment because of 38c.
