Bad out of stock of an promotion

Gooday<br> <br> Game have from the 8 April to the 21st April an promotion on a Samsung 5.1 Home theatre system.<br> <br> I have gone to my nearest Game branch in Bloemfontein on last week Wednesday and the sales person on floor told told me they haven't yet receive the stock. I did go back last week Friday to hear if they receive stock yet. But yet again the same stil didn't receive stock but we also having stock take that weekend. <br> <br> I did write to game to complain about this problem and there respons was we will that it up with the store management. <br> <br> Till now still no respons from the store management and it's 3 days later. I just now looked on Game online shop and the discover the product is not on there but is on the weekly promotion on the web. <br> <br> Could you please help me with this. I am not very happy about how Game handle the propblem and also have an product on promotion and then doesn't have stock and then sudden don't have it on the online store also.<br>
