BAD online services and no delivery of orders!!!

I have placed an order on the 28th of June. As I understand the delivery is 3 - 14 working days, today is the 14th day but just to hear after several worse calls with the online department the items have not been dispatch! While the online system reflected that my order has been dispatched on the 29th already. I will never order an item again!!! Please train your online customers to not hang up on my calls or keep me waiting for 25 minutes to just give me lies!
