Bad online Service

I made an order online the 30th April 2023. Days later I found out it was canceled as the item was out of stock. I'm then advised a refund will be processed within 5days.

From the last communication, there has been no update. I have not received my refund, the agents are so clueless when I call through customer service . I have spent a lot of time trying to contact them with dail
