Bad online purchase experience

Very dissapointed with game online, bought a stove about a month ago they dilivered late a broken stove, requested a return still nothing bear in mind i bought the stove for christmas, christmas came and passed, no communication nothing, they will promise to call but nothing, you call you wait for hours you end up giving up, emailing is the same nothing even comes back to acknowledge the email. I dont know what to do anymore..please help i need my refund and they should take this stove back.
