bad online experience
I bought a bennet read vacuum online, after about 2 days they email me saying the vacuum is out of stock and that i will be refunded in 2-5 days, this in itself is already an inconvenience because now I have to wait for my money to buy 1 somewhere else. after 5 days I still have not gotten any refund, I then contacted customer service where I was told I need to provide bank details in order for my refund to be processed. SO WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS IN MY REFUND EMAIL, now I have to wait another 7-10 days I was told, how pathetic really, now I have to wait on my money because their website is not accurate.

17 Feb 2025, 13:22YES, I do understand that the duration for refund is dependent on your bank, but because I was not asked initially to provide bank details for the refund I'm now having to wait 2 more weeks, also if I had not reached out to customer care myself I would have still been waiting on a refund that was never processed.

Can you please tell me how long do I still have o wait for my refund on something I purchased more that 2 weeks ago, I mean this is ridiculous, I'm in need of my money. No one has even reached out to inform me if refund has been completed.
