Bad online delivery service

I bought a top loader washing machine on 24 July, was told delivery will be between 5-7 working days, up until today did not receive the item.

I'm following up every day and keep getting the same response that there's a system problem with the warehouse and that the item is out of stock now. I checked the website yesterday and saw it available still saying there's only 1 item left. So where is the one that I bought and paid for??

Anneline Kleinsmith trying to assist me with this but she is just not getting any feedback from the warehouse. DMC Major.

This is very bad service and it's my first time purchasing online from Game.
