Bad Online business!!!

Very bad service !!! I've order a snuggle cot for my baby on the 28 November 2021 and till today I haven't received my order. Few days after I've made an online purchase , I received an email saying , this is to confirm that you have received your order. And guess what I followed up and till this I have not receive it. But they keep saying the courier guy keeps calling us but we not answering but there is no call that we received from him Almost a month no order received but yet they sent an email that I have received it
