Bad manager

Good day if we can call it that, today I called the manager of game store mams mall in mamelodi asking for a price of an Item which he said he will get someone to call me back, which no one got back to me.

I then took a liberty to go there personally, I saw him and he took about 30 minutes on his personal phone while I waited 2 meters from him and after that Mr Doctor(the manager) hang up I told him that I called he then told me that he got someone to call me back 4 times and my phone was (typical excuse) I then told him to show me that person and then he answered another call and excused himself and never came back to attend my concerns... If this is the experience that game offers to their customers then I believe we should excuse ourselves from such terrible service
