Bad Management - Still waiting to see the manager.

This is not my first bad experience with Game Middelburg Mall!

After being helped by an *********** person that can’t help you with any queries you have. I asked to speak with the manager (the people at the pay points can’t even give you his name). After waiting 15min for him, I asked the lady to call him again, after witch I was told he is busy I must wait! Now we all have jobs we need to return to. Is part of his job not being to handle customer complaints?? Needless to say, I am yet to see the guy! At the customer service counter, they can’t even give you the customer service contact details. I know of more than one person who have also had bad experiences with Game Middelburg Mall. I feel this branch is giving Game in general a poor name. After my previous bad experience with them, I drove to Game Witbank Mall and received much better service. In future I would rather take the time and drive to Witbank to do Game shopping, as the time you spent driving is less than time wasted in Middelburg Game.
