Bad management service
I bought an HP laptop on Friday the 31 of May 2024 at Game in menlyn mall, and only to discover that the keyboard isn't working. I go back to the store only to wait for an hour for the manager to attend to me then he tells me he was busy with a family matter on his phone and I must wait till Tuesday till his technician is available... then he walked away just like that
