Bad Management and service at Game

Good day my name is Sphiwe Ndala and i have a problem i purchased a vodacom 2 iPhone package deal in March 2019 at Game department store in Menlyn. Unfortunate for me one of the iPhones stopped working In April took it back to the store since then it’s been back and fourth with them they can’t seem to get the phone fixed. I am suffering because i pay for two phones and haven't had the joy of enjoying the second handset i am supposed to have its almost a year now being ****** of what i am entitled to. Till date i have not received a proper response please help!!! I tried talking to the managers there they can’t seem to find a solution.
