Bad management and cashiers

I went to the store to exchange my stroller because it was defective and it was a hazardous to my baby. When I arrived they just told me straight that there's nothing they do because it was purchased 6 months ago, they just left me at return counter by myself and did NOTHING , I asked them to call the head office but just stood and spoke amoung myself.

Had to call the head office myself so that I can be assisted... It's the second time I experience such treatment at game westgate mall. And on top of that they **** saying the item is out of stock when the head office asked them to assist me
