Bad management

Good day Today I went to the Game store at the Glen to buy a "Galaxy A22 5G" witch is on promotion and the promotion started today the 29th of December 2021. On arrival at 09h10 at the store I was informed that they don't have stock of this particular item, I then insisted to talk to the manager and was told by her that not one of the Game stores have stock of this item. I then requested to speak to the store manager and was informed that he is on leave. Now I don't have a problem with people going on leave but why this time of the year did he decide to go on leave, and why run a promotion if you don't have stock?. I then requested the number of Game head office and the contact pearson so that I can find out what the problem was regarding the stock issue, I was given a number and a contact pearson ***) (Stembiso Msomi) I called the number and was directed to this pearson but no answer at her/his extension. This is totally unacceptable from Game to run a promotion and don't have stock.
