bad item

I Bouht a blender 2 months ago and i went to game to have it returned to buy a better model after the floor sales person told me the one i purchased is top notch. only to find out that the blades cannot even blend a tennis Biscuit. i initially came to store looing for a Nutri Bullet and wa told you do not sell it so i was persuaded to take the other brand.
