Bad horrible customer service
I have a failed online order done on the 22nd April 2028 funds were debited off my bank account, bank statement was sent to +***3 WhatsApp NR, I email my banking details yet I'm still waiting for my refund. Game online doesn't communicate nor update they keep telling me that their finance department is working on it it's been 3 weeks.
