Bad Game store experience!!!!!

We bought a samsung microwave oven on the 8 of August 2022 from 31 of Aug suddenly dont want to warm anything .. Its has a 10 year warrenty now game told us to bring it in to book it in for 21 working days to decide what is wrong with it .. first off all i stay 200km from nearest game and i must wait so long for them to decide what is wrong.. this is absolutely nonsens .. i want a new microwave why must i wait so long.. it is n brand new microwave that only worked for 3 weeks Game stores policy is ridiculous.if it was takealot there wouldn't be any problem.. i will never buy any electrical appliances at any GAME store again ..
