Bad Game online service
Purchased 2 bicycles from Game online store the 23rd as stores was sold out and there was 7 day promise, I know it was festive but only got delivery on the 7th January as I had to contact couriers myself as no one rep**** from Game. I need to return one bicycle as it to small for my child and it still in box. it is a xmas gift and she cant even open or use it. Game does not reply to online tickets or awnser there calls in call center so gift is just standing and Game online has no worries. So I will never use Game online again as it is the worst online service ever. So if a manager or some can reply to this email and please let me know the nearest store I can return the one Bicyle in Northern Cape.

31 Jan 2022, 12:17Online and game never gets back to you, I have received the order and then it was isssues of not contacting Game within 7 days. But lucky for me it is on my online profile that I have contacted game the next day with a ticket and reference number. and still to this day no one came back to me as I have gone to Game in George myself and swopped it out for bigger one. but then again I will personally never use GAME online agian.
