Bad experience with online order with GAME

My complaint is against Game. I bought a trampoline online there for my daughter on the 15th December 2021 and it still said on the website order today and you will still get your order before Xmas. It showed that a store close to me still had stock so I selected it to be delivered to my home. 7 days after i placed the order and paid for it, I got a call saying sorry there is now no more stock left. This is after I emailed them twice to find out when I would get my delivery and got no answer. Now 7 days after j placed my order and there was stock you now want to call me to say that now there is no more stock? Of course if you waited that long to pick the order there would be no stock left!! I was told I could wait for stock or cancel my order and I said that I would wait. Then I got a email saying my order was canceled and I would get my money back within 3 to 5 days. I never canceled my order? None the less I still have not received my refund either. I'm so disappointed and disgusted by Game its not even funny. Be careful people!!
