Bad experience from Game Cradlestone Mall

Hi all, I really am truely disapointed in the service I got from Game Cradlestone Mall . I recently bought a smart watch via their online store. I requested a refund, because the pro**** I received did not stand up to the specifications thereof. The watch was collected from me and returened to Game Cradlestone Mall. I was promised a refund to be paid into my account in 14 days. It is now 1 month later and nothing has happened yet even after several phone calls to Game Cradlestone Mall. I wish to express my utter disappointment in their service. I would certainly not recommend online shopping from the Game online platform. Carol Posthumus
