BM Busi M 1 review | Active since May 2025 06 May 2025 at 13:00 Game store SKYWORTH GOOGLE TV Bought a 75 inch skyworth tv at game store vaal mall on the 5th of March and on the 6th i already noticed the tv was faulty it had lines whilst playing ,immediately i made a complained and they booked it for repairs but i instisted for a change ,Skyworth collected the tv after2 weeks and i waited until the April for them to tell me to go to the shop for a replacement of the tv and i was happy to .i exchanged and got another TV.only to noticed they completely mislead me ,the TV is not the same as the one i originally bought .the tv i got was a skyworth tv and it was a boundless screen and this one has a bound on the sides ,seems to me its an older model of the tv i made complains and emails of which they are taking time to respond to .was given a whatsapp to talk to an assistance and now they are ignoring me

not to mention the tv is slow to the internet and the remote is responding slow .im so disappointed at Game vaal mall for blind sighting me ,now they are ignoring me and the last time they spoke to me they said they will book it again and i don't want to go through the process again . this is the issue they should speak to skyworth about not me .my issue is Game vaal mall gave me the wrong tv to replace the one i initially bought ..and they don't want to take responsibility .i have wasted a lot of money for delivering the first tv and the second one to my home costs add up to r1000 and they still doing nothing to help
