Bad experience

Please assist me,

I missed a payment on the 1st of Jan but paid on the 07th as it's the last day, Kept receiving messages though that I'd be listed negatively on the bureau. So today the 09th I called in to be answered by Brandon on the store accounts department I explained to him that I need to make a note of my payment and he was of poor assistance as a result I asked to be transferred to the supervisor or another consultant which then resulted in my call being cut after 14min of holding
