Bad Delivery Service

I bought a washing machine from Game yesterday. Received a message this morning to say it will be delivered today. The driver sent me a whatsapp message requesting my location which I shared with him. He drove right past and said he didn't feel safe. I explained to him that he was not the first person to deliver in Westbury and that we are willing to meet him somewhere, he said that he will not deliver. I asked him when we can expect delivery and he said he is not coming to deliver since he doesn't feel safe. I again tried to explain that we are prepared to meet him somewhere but he refused to come back. How will I get the washing machine if he is not prepared to deliver?
