Bad delivery service

I ordered a printer from Game on the sat 18th April 2020. You advertised it and never told me I could not buy it during lockdown.

It then eventually on the 14th May I got an end to say the courier would contact me and heard nothing.

On the 20 May I got an email to say that my order was delivered. It wasn't delivered!

Where is my order?

Have emailed, phone you don't answer the phone, sent messages on Facebook. No one has let me know where my order is and what is going on!!!

Very poor service!
