Bad delivery and after service!

I bought a washing mashine from Game Bela bela. After many phone calls and frustrations that they will deliver to my house on last week Thursday. Thabiso (one person) arrived at my house at 17H40 to deliver my washing mashine. I felt so sorry for this guy who had to unload that heavy washing mashine on his own that I helped him unload and to carry the masjien into my house. I hurt my back and was not without pain from there. I called cust service and explained what happened and asked how is this possible that you send one person to unload such a heavy appliance??? She asked me if the the washing mashine was damaged??? I'm shocked at how bad this stores communication and after service is. But the cust service could not even come back to me with a solution. I called them 2 days ago complaining!!!!!
