Bad deliver service actual 7 to deliver

Game should really up their Game when it comes to online shopping delivery because like 5-7 days is the real actual days 7 to do a delivery I mean why because I bought a washing machine from them on Monday I the delivery date says the next Monday on the 13th of which I won't be available to acknowledge or receive it due to going to work and I did try to communicate with them with no response and I can really say I'm saddened by this ordeal which is a bad one because really I thought it's a big company with reasonable services especially online but I'm sorry to say I regret buying from them I should have just purchased my 18 kg LG washing machine from Makro by now I could have been done with the installation process and did my laundry before I go back to work tomorrow.......annoyed customer
