Bad customers service

I saw baby wipes that was advertised for R59 for 4.When I arrived at the till I ask the lady at the till if it is going to be correct amount as advertised. After everything was calculated I saw she rings it as R26 for one.I tell her then It is wrong and it was advertised as R59 for 4 packs.She said then I want to speak to the manager.After around 20 minutes the manager arrived and tell me that you must buy a whole pack.I told her the adverti*****t indicates that it is 4 for R59 and not a pack of 4.And at the same time the cashier tell the manager to remove me as I am disturbing her.After about another 20 minutes I was refunded.<br> The poor quality of customers service display at the store was a very poor standard As they do not have any etiquette for customers service
