BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

I bought a smart watch at Game Jabulani Mall and the watch only worked for two months, I took it back to the store and it was booked for repair, my problem that facing is with the store is that when the watch was booked for a repair I got a SMS with a reference number and a paper for the repair and now that watch has been repaired I got a SMS advising me that I should go to the store to collect it, the lady I got from customer services was unhelpful she told that without the paper for the repair and receipt she cant help me the SMS that I have they are useless even if I have my ID with me, both the receipt and the paper for the repair I cant find it as I was relocating so Game Jabulani Mall now has my money and watch and I'm stuck with nothing talk about a store *****ing from you.
