Bad customer services

I have never had these bad experiences as yesterday at game silverlakes from the two managers one who said i am senoir manager the other one said he cant hear my daughter talking English we must say it Zulu. And the were arrogant and very rude to us, and their items did not have pricethe other senior who wanted me going up and down ti showe how tbey put tbeir prices and i must understand that they did not do their work properly
