Bad customer services

We purchased a Bosch washing machine at game which also has insurance and extended warranty rhe machine stopped during the rinsing cycle we reported it at the pavilion since west street store was looted we got no response I emailed them forever until a guy came out only last week looked at it and said he will order a PC board still a week.later no response our.clothes are rotten rotten smelling in the machine I'm.so tired of emailing them highly disgusted with game the fact that we paid for extended warranty and also insurance I don't recommend game for appliances when you have a problem it's not an urgent matter to them.
