Hello Peter On the 26 March 2019 I bought a 55 inch TV at Game Stores (Queenstown branch) and i took the TV to my house but i connected it on the 27th March 2019, i switched it on it reveled a blue screen and the name of the manufacture of which is fine, then when it was about to show the pictures, there were cracks that were from the bottom to the top of the TV, it was cracking while i was looking at it, and i was shocked, then the following day which is the 28 March 2019 I took the TV back to GAME store then they tested it and said its an accident thing so they enter no where, its not their fault because the TV was already with me, the TV that i bought cash with R7000. And that thing occurs within 48 hours, the customer services consultant said i must buy a new TV and also the customer services manager said I must buy a new TV. I asked them only one question where do I get this money as if it came over a platter, they didn't even care the customer care manager went to her office and she never came back to me. I called game stores head office 2 times and they said they'll come back to me but they didn't, and on the third time they said I must bring the TV for inspection and I will pay for the inspection, I'm still wondering, why they say we must buy from them and treat us like trash. R7000. is a lot of money for me to give it to a big company like game stores
Please help me Pumza in Queenstown
