Bad customer services

I want to say the level of customer services at game store clear water is very bad, a staff member at client services is very *********** and rude. The only thing they do is to hang around having chats and do not know how to service customers. The worst part is they do not even care. I used to value the store because of good services received from staff members such as vusi.
