bad customer service very bad GAME STORES MAFIKENG

my name is Tshepo Khutsoane id ********** 492084 my no is ********** I bought a High Sense Fridge in 2015 at game Mafikeng this is the 7th time I am reporting the fridge every third month I have to report the frisge that it is not working and they will come to look a it and after they left it started again my fridge it is is ill under warranty I have lost money because I bought grocery and everytime is rotten .I SPOKE TO SEFUDI and Kagiso store manager and they called hi sense everytime I have to wait for hisense to advise them what to do hence I cannot afford to report this for the 7th time this is disgusting ...... CAN THEY PLEASE GIVE ME A NEW FRIDGE AS I SEE THEY CANNOT REPAIR THIS THIS IS TOO DISAPPOINTING AND I AM LOOSING A LOT AS I HAVE TO BUY DAILY GROCERY I WILL NEVER BUY ELECTRICAL THINGS FROM GAME
