My brother bought a TV at Game store in Galleria last month and to only find out within two it was faulty, he took and they told him we must wait 21days, that is nonsense we are very disappointed in their service if they can't give us a brand you TV we want a full refund.

Hi Xolani,

I'm sorry the TV is faulty and your brother's unable to have the item immediately refunded or exchanged.

As the item is under the manufacturers warranty, they will need one of their technicians to check it out to determine what the fault is.

I understand this is not ideal and I will be in touch with the store to see if there's anyway we can have the assessment hastened.
