Bad customer service the manager Lee

Am very disappointed. I went to game store(Galleria Mall) to purchase pie. But the was no one at the counter to assist me waited there more then 5minutes till I went to a reception to ask them to page sum1 who ll assist I still waited but no one come till I requested again for them to page a manager. Lee the manager come gave me the pie and said go and pay at another counter meaning I must again go stand in a que after I waited more den 5minutes for them to assist Me. He than asked Me what I want him to do coz he can't scan the pie. A distant person manager will go to any teller and ask them to ring the pie for him not to be rude and tell me to stand a que. He kept on telling me instead of Me arguing with him I should be paying by now. Told him am not arguing am trying to make him understand how disappointed I m. His customer service sucks big time I ddnt even enjoy the pie. They just lost a loyal customer.
