Bad Customer Service received

was at Game yesterday and I received such a terrible customer service firstly the name tags are worn the other way round and we cannot see their name. went there to buy paint and no one could assist me when I finally found someone he tell me that he does not work with paint yet he is wearing a uniform and never bothered to ask someone else to help me.

I get to the till and the guy helping has no sense of service at all like he was forced to be put on the till no smile or any emotions.

I work for a company that I need to offer service everyday of my life and I do that with passion as I know that whoever I service pays my bills. All your staff needs to be discipline. because we shop at Soweto doesn't mean we have to receive such **** service
