Bad Customer Service, No stock

Yesterday my sister went to your Zevenwacht store to purchase an item which was on your special pamphlets from 22 May until 28 May. The special was 2 for 65 Huletts White Sugar 2.5kg. When she got there the store informed her Game does not stock Huletts sugars. She spoke to 3 different employees and was referred to Nardo Erasmus and he advised her she must take Selati's sugar, because only he African Countries stock Hullets. How is this possible ? The advert/pamphlet specifically stated Hullets.
