Bad customer service has been resolved

We went to Game at Clear water sopping mall. We spoke to the manager Michael and he was very helpfull. He sorted our problem immediately out and was we cane to an agreement that we will do a collect and exchange on our new fridge. He did apologise and I just want to thank Michael for his professional service and understands our frustration. Thank you Michael.
