Bad customer service - Game Waterfall Mall Rustenburg

Game Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg offers the worst customer service ever. The so called sales assistants ( if you are lucky enough to find one on the floor) is utterly rude to the customers. I was treated rude twice in one week. I left the items at the counter and left the store to never set foot in the store again.Even the senior staff and management of this store needs training how to smile and be friendly.I am closing my Game store account with immediate effect after being a loyal customer for many years. and will advice everyone I know to never support Game.
