Bad customer service - Game Store Jubilee mall

I'm writing this as a worried client and I don't anyone to experience the bad service I experienced at Game Jubilee mall.

I'm not happy at all with the service I always receive at Game Store Jubilee mall. It was for the forth time at the same store same department but yesterday it was worse. I went to the store looking for a certain product, there was no one to assist me in that department as always. Then I asked for help & I waited for 25min to be assisted, worse part is that the product I'm looking for was not on stock but it's on display.

No one even checked on the system or store room for that product. I was advised to check on Thursday, they didn't even bother to place an order or take my details to call me back when the product is available.

I was told that the person working in that department is off meaning if the person is on a day no one can assist client in that department.
